Dates from the 19th century. Portlaw as we see it today was largely built by the Malcomson's (a Quaker family) from Ulster, as a model village to service their Mill.

Job Description: Remedial repairs, works on windows and doors. Later works may include removal of hard inappropriate cement render and re-rendering the whole in Lime mortar, roof work, stairs.
